Update

Hi this is a quick update on our summer project. We're in the process of roofing right now. Almost done thank goodness the heat is killing us! We have torn out walls and are moving everything around in the house. I will post pics soon. Hope all of you are having a great summer and Happy 4th of July to all! Wanda

Our Summer Project.

Well as most of you know times are hard for a lot of people with the economy. We are in that group. Due to loss of wages from both mine and my husbands jobs we are going to loose our house back to the bank. But, as sad as we are to see this happen we have been blessed. Four years ago my mother in law passed away and left us her home that is paid for. So we have decided to remodel this old old home and move into a house with no payments. So there is light at the end of the rainbow. It will be tons of work the floors sag. The basement leaks and the basement walls falling in. We have to rebuild the wall down there. Plus put a new roof on since it leaks as well. LOL some rainbow so far huh! Well I'm looking at this as a true blessing as it is really. I look forward to sharing the pictures of this venture with all of you. Would love some decorating ideas from all of you. I'm not real good at that. I will post pics of the house soon. You can see the house in the background of my husband and son with his car. Our house is right next to hers so we could be close for her. As you can see from our driveway.
